Celadon is durable ceramic, yet edges, handles, glaze, and unglazed feet still benefit from steady temperature, gentle cleaning, and careful storage.

Rinse new teaware with warm water, then let it dry completely before the first tea session.
Light tannin marks can occur with use. Clean gently with a soft cloth and mild soap; avoid aggressive whitening products.
Handle lids separately and place a soft layer between pieces during storage or transport.
Use room-temperature water and change it regularly. Rinse the interior after use.
Make sure stems are clean and dry before placing them inside the vessel.
Use a soft bottle brush without exposed wire for careful interior cleaning.
Hand wash before first use and follow the care information supplied with the individual product.
Avoid cutting directly on the glaze and use serving utensils that will not mark the surface.
Remove food promptly, wash gently, and dry the unglazed foot before storage.
Use a soft dry brush for carved areas and a clean microfiber cloth for smooth surfaces.
Use felt or cork beneath porous or unglazed feet to protect both the piece and the furniture.
Support the base with both hands and avoid pressure on projecting details.
When Something Changes
Set it on a stable surface and inspect the body, rim, foot, and handles under good light before using it again.
Decorative crackle may be intentional. If the line continues through the ceramic body or changes with pressure, stop using the piece and contact ORENSU with clear photographs.
Do not scrub aggressively. Send a photograph and the product name so the safest cleaning method can be confirmed.
Keep the packaging, photograph the parcel and damage, and contact ORENSU promptly so the order can be reviewed under the current returns policy.
Variations in glaze color, surface texture, and crackle pattern arise naturally from hand forming and kiln firing. These differences are part of the material character of celadon rather than evidence that every piece should look mechanically identical.
