Accessibility Statement
ORENSU is committed to improving digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continuing to refine the experience so that more customers can browse, understand, and use our website effectively.
Our Commitment
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a reference when designing and reviewing Site Core interfaces. ORENSU does not currently represent this website as independently certified to a particular WCAG conformance level.
Accessibility Features
Current Site Core work is designed to support the following accessibility practices:
- Semantic page landmarks, headings, and consistent navigation
- Keyboard-operable navigation and controls across Site Core interfaces
- Visible focus states for interactive elements
- Labels and validation feedback on supported forms and checkout controls
- Responsive layouts that preserve content hierarchy across common screen sizes
- Reduced-motion handling on Site Core areas that use animation
Assistive Technology Compatibility
The website is built with standards-based HTML, CSS, and JavaScript intended to work with current browsers, keyboard navigation, screen readers, magnification tools, and other assistive technologies. Exact compatibility can vary by software and device, and specific combinations are not represented as formally certified unless separately tested.
Browser Compatibility
ORENSU is designed for current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Using a current browser and operating system generally provides the best security, compatibility, and accessibility support.
Limitations and Alternatives
Despite ongoing work, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible. Known areas that can require additional attention include:
- Some third-party payment, account, or embedded interfaces are rendered by external providers and may have accessibility behavior outside ORENSU's direct control.
- Older WordPress content or externally supplied media may not yet meet the same accessibility standard as current Site Core pages.
- Accessibility can vary by browser, device, operating system, and assistive-technology combination.
If a page, product detail, checkout control, or other website content creates an accessibility barrier, please contact us and describe what you were trying to access. We will use that information to help identify an available alternative where reasonably possible.
Feedback and Assistance
We welcome accessibility feedback and reports of barriers.

Response: We normally aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is part of the continuing Site Core development process. Current improvement work includes:
- Reviewing new Site Core pages for keyboard access, focus visibility, headings, and responsive behavior before release
- Reducing unnecessary motion and preserving reduced-motion preferences where animation is used
- Improving form labels, error identification, and control semantics as commerce interfaces evolve
- Correcting accessibility issues reported by customers as they are identified
Third-Party Content
Some website functions are supplied by third parties, including payment, commerce, hosting, email, and other service providers. ORENSU can control the surrounding Site Core experience but cannot guarantee every externally rendered interface will provide identical accessibility behavior.
