ORENSU currently accepts orders for delivery addresses within the United States. This keeps fulfillment clearer and more consistent for fragile ceramic pieces.

Orders are normally prepared and handed to the carrier within 3 days after payment confirmation. Each piece is inspected and protectively packed before dispatch. If ORENSU cannot ship within that timeframe, we will contact you before the promised shipping deadline with a revised shipping date and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt full refund.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using the delivery address, package size, package weight, and available carrier options.

Each ceramic piece is packed with cushioning materials intended to reduce movement and impact during transit. Keep all packaging until the delivery has been inspected.

• Inspect outer and inner packaging
• Retain the shipping label
• Keep materials during the damage-report window

Tracking information is provided when available from the carrier. Delivery timing can change because of destination, weather, carrier conditions, and local handling.

Inspect the package soon after delivery. Report visible damage within 48 hours and include the order number and clear photographs.
