By accessing or using the ORENSU website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
2. Product Information
We work to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, prices, and availability accurately. Handmade ceramic pieces may show natural differences in glaze color, crackle, texture, and form. Screen settings can also affect how color appears.
- Product availability may change.
- Errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may be corrected.
- The product page and live checkout are the current sources for each purchase.
3. Orders and Payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the items in your cart. An order is accepted when ORENSU confirms it. Payment is handled by the payment methods currently available at checkout.
- Provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.
- Prices, shipping charges, and taxes shown at checkout apply to the order.
- An order may be cancelled or refused when payment, stock, security, pricing, or delivery information cannot be confirmed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
ORENSU currently accepts delivery addresses within the United States. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders are normally handed to the carrier within 3 days after payment confirmation. Delivery time after dispatch is an estimate and may vary with carrier conditions, weather, destination, and local handling. If ORENSU cannot ship within the promised 3-day dispatch period, we will notify you before that deadline and offer a revised shipping date or the option to cancel the unshipped order for a prompt full refund.
5. Returns and Refunds
Return requests are governed by the current Returns & Exchanges policy. Contact ORENSU before sending any ceramic piece back. Damaged or incorrect deliveries should be reported with the order number and clear photographs within the stated policy window.
6. Accounts and Security
If you create an account, keep your login credentials and authentication devices secure and notify ORENSU promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. ORENSU may require verification, invalidate sessions, temporarily restrict sign-in, or send security notices when reasonably necessary to protect an account, order, or the store.

Text, photographs, graphics, branding, and other website content belong to ORENSU or the applicable rights holder. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, or used commercially without permission, except where applicable law allows.
