To protect customer accounts and the store, we process limited authentication and security information. This can include email-verification status, account-security events, password-reset events, and pseudonymous technical identifiers used to detect repeated login attempts or recognize a previously verified browser. ORENSU does not store your plaintext password, verification code, password-reset key, authentication cookie, or full card number.

• Passwords are stored and verified through the WordPress/WooCommerce authentication system.
• Security-event records are deliberately limited and use hashed technical identifiers where practical.
• Account-security emails may be sent when a password, email address, username, or sign-in state changes.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to process orders, arrange shipping, provide customer support, communicate order and account-security updates, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain website security, improve the shopping experience, and operate ORENSU as an online store.

4. Payment Information

Payment information is processed by the secure payment providers available at checkout. ORENSU does not store full credit card numbers on our website. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy and security terms.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

We may share necessary order and delivery information with shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, and service providers who help us prepare, pack, and deliver your order within the United States.

6. Email Communications

ORENSU uses Brevo for email delivery. Marketing subscriptions and operational emails are handled for different purposes. If you choose to subscribe to ORENSU updates, we use your email address to send collection updates, new ceramic arrivals, brand stories, product notes, and selected marketing communications. Account verification, password reset, security alerts, order messages, and customer-service communications are transactional or operational messages and may still be sent when necessary to provide or protect your account and orders.

• Marketing subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in marketing emails.
• Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent essential account, security, order, or customer-service messages.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for shopping-cart operation, account login, checkout, fraud prevention, and account security. The first-party orensu_trusted_device cookie is an HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax account-security cookie used to recognize a previously verified browser and reduce unnecessary new-sign-in alerts. It is not used for advertising and is set for up to 180 days unless it expires or is cleared earlier. WooCommerce, WordPress, and payment providers may also set cookies required to operate cart, checkout, authentication, and payment functions. If optional analytics or advertising tools are enabled in the future, this policy and any applicable consent controls will be updated before they are relied upon.

8. Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the store, including Kinsta for website hosting and infrastructure, Brevo for email delivery, payment providers presented at checkout, shipping and fulfillment providers, and security or fraud-prevention services where applicable. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their services and process information under their own terms and applicable obligations.

9. Data Retention

We retain order and customer information only as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, customer support, legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, and business record purposes. Marketing subscription information may be retained while a subscription remains active and as needed to maintain unsubscribe records. ORENSU account-security logs are intentionally bounded, and trusted-browser records expire after approximately 180 days unless removed earlier.

10. Your Choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you, subject to legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, unsubscribe-record, payment, and order-record requirements. You may also clear browser cookies through your browser settings, although removing necessary cookies may sign you out or cause cart and security features to restart.

11. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to an online store, including HTTPS, restricted administrative access, login-rate controls, account-change verification, and security notifications. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should contact ORENSU promptly if they believe an account or order has been accessed without authorization.
