We want every ORENSU piece to arrive safely and meet your expectations. Because ceramic products are fragile, returns must be handled carefully.

Return Window

You may contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in their original condition. Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without proper protective packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@orensu.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and protective packaging for all ceramic returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-returnable Items

Custom, personalized, final sale, or damaged-after-delivery items may not be eligible for return.
