ORENSU currently accepts orders for delivery addresses within the United States. This allows us to keep fulfillment safer, clearer, and more consistent for fragile ceramic pieces.

Shipping Rates

Protective Packaging

Each ceramic piece is packed with cushioning materials to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Please keep all packaging materials until you have inspected the item.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your package soon after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, clear photos of the item, outer packaging, inner protective packaging, and shipping label.
